Isha's 21 day Hatha Yoga Program seeks to bring back Classical Yoga in its purest form - not studio yoga book yoga or the various innovations - but proper classical yoga, a phenomenally power science enabling you to take charge of your body and mind. The participants gain an in-depth knowledge about each component of the practice and leave empowered to practice confidently at home.
Four distinct practices are offered:
Upayoga is a simple yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.
Angamardhana - taught as a series of 31 dynamic processes to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.
Suryakriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing.
Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures through which one can elevate one’s consciousness and manipulate energies.
