Designation: Business Analyst
Perform interviews & research to determine IT business requirements & translate them into specifications for complex technical projects.
Focus on the people side of changes introduced by the project- including changes to business processes, systems & technology, job roles & skills, & organization structure.
Create & implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance, maximize employee engagement, & empower senior management as change sponsors.
Work to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilization, & higher proficiency on changes impacting employees in the organization such that desired business results are achieved.
Assist in negotiating priorities & resolving requirement conflicts among various stakeholders.
Distinguish key interactions & connectives among enterprise server-client technical solutions involving hardware, networks, security & applications.
Experience with System Development Life Cycle processes is highly desired
The strong knowledge & understanding of business request & translating that into Business Requirements & Functional Requirements.
Candidate need to be very strong in Test Cases, Test Plans, Use case diagram.
Understanding & Capturing business needs.
Creating effective Use cases
Strong expertise in testing
Ability to create Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio flowcharts & Project input
