Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets.

Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory Sales.
Achieve the Acquisition Sales Targets set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix, within defined Quality Parameters.
Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion /FTR %/ UID penetration and NBD penetration.
Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and adhere to RBI guidelines and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Any suspicious transaction must immediately be reported to the supervising officer.
Essential requirement: 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry.
Preferred: 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.
