This class covers working with all types of chocolate including modelling chocolate, Truffle, chocolate transfer sheets and chocolate butter cream. You will be taught how to make modeling chocolate.
We will show you:
How to correctly work with chocolate;
How to work with modelling chocolate so that you can make chocolate roses, chocolate tea pots, buttons, ribbons and lots more;
How to use chocolate transfer sheets both for 2D and 3D designs including twists and spirals;
How to make truffle
How to colour chocolate so you are not limited to just brown and white but can branch into all sorts of colours such as pink, yellow, green and blue without affecting the flavour of your chocolate;
How to make smooth and velvety chocolate buttercream;
How to pipe two toned swirls and roses using chocolate buttercream;
How to create “original patchwork” effect using modeling chocolate.
This is a 1 day class. It starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. and runs up to 5:00 p.m.
