You will be responsible for IT Staff Augmentation for North America and to build relationships and new business with Commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development, Staff Augmentation and IT. Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
Develop a plan with defined weekly activities to generate enough leads to meet quota
Network to create additional opportunities to be successful
Achieve weekly and monthly goals
Source and develop client referrals
Prepare and implement sales action plans and strategies including presentations
Negotiation with clients
Develop and maintain a customer database with real time reports
