You will be responsible for providing customer support and building customer relations through Inbound Calls. Billing queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance.

You will be responsible for providing technical support and building customer relations through Inbound Calls. Technical queries & objections will be a major part of job profile. Customer retention & up sales will be the basis for performance. Microsoft / Cisco Certification will be an added advantage.

DESIRED SKILLS: -

1. Knowledge of Operating Systems 98, XP, 2000 /Computer Fundamentals/Microsoft Certified (Not Compulsory).
2. Committed, Ambitious and Friendly graduates.
3. Willing to work in shifts.
4. Excellent written and spoken English.
5. Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener.
6. Sound understanding of work environment and delivery.
7. Excellent Technical skills, Analytical skills and Probing skills.
