4-8 year Experience .NET 4.0, WCF, Silverlight, MVC Project, DB Design, Project Plan, Code Reviews, Nunit, Unit Testing Project, Strong Design & Architecture, Strong Coder, Technical expert along with team management expertise.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: MVC3.0, Razor, Microsoft Unity for dependency injection, C#, ASP.Net 3.5/4.0, SQL 2005/2008, XML, Web Services, AJAX, JQuery/JavaScript.
Experience and strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming, MVC and N-Tier architecture.
Should be able to work on product development, bug fixing and handling daily issues.
Work together with team to plan and execute projects, ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
Helping developers resolve technical problems with minimal support. tracking employees within their teams and monitoring individual employees’ performance and relaying this to upper management.
Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
Candidate should have experience in the range of 4-8 years.
