| The location of the hotel is good - very close to the KSRTC bus-stand and National Market. Although it is difficult to locate it as it is in a narrow non-descriptive lane. The food was good and the service was quick. The lobby and reception could do with a makeover - they look a little out-moded and dingy! Room was comfortable. Can improve overall with a little modernisation. |

| The hotel was not easy to spot but overall good one for a short stay and for business travellers. located near majestic so easy access from railway station as well as local bus station(Majestic). somewhat far from Airport. cleanliness was good and food was ok. You need to pay in cash for food, not included in your hotel bill. Overall a nice experience. |
