8) Support for all Linux operating system supports.
9) Support for any Windows operating system, Linux and Unix Operating system installations.
10) Guidance for hardware asset inventory maintenance.
11) Maintaining the hardware / software asset inventory on periodic basic by visiting the client location physically.
12) Configure and maintain the Nagios to monitor and maintain the critical server hardware health.
13) Providing support to schedule and maintain the backups with free tools including encryption.
Note : We will undertake the contract support for all
BPO System side support,
KPO System side Support,
Third-party client infrastructure support and reporting to the direct client,
Call center System side support etc.,
