1. Effectively handle incoming calls.
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
3. Make outgoing calls to customer / vendor wherever required.
4. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
6. Record accurate details of calls / action taken.
7. Communicate and coordinate with Internal Teams.
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
9. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Timing: Monday to Friday
9:00 am to 6 pm (You can also let us know your preferable timings within this time frame).
Payout: Rs. 50/- for all unique incoming and Rs. 25/- for all unique outgoing calls.
Dates are considered from 16th of every month to 15th of next month.
