A group of health & wellness coaches and Herbalife Distributor are putting on workouts/ boot camp for our clients, friends, and community to support healthy, active lifestyles!
24 Fit Club is an ALL Levels Boot Camp that is designed to support the health and well being of the community. 24 Fit Club is designed to create a fun and encouraging environment that supports the beginner . The workouts are short, high-intensity movements structured by rotating stations to get an overall body workout that you can take at your pace. Whether you are an elite athlete looking to add some cross training into your routine or a first timer looking to lose a couple of kilograms, we have something for everyone!

Who can attend
All ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels are encouraged to participate. (Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult)
We provide FUN group sessions to match your abilities. Whether you exercise regularly, are in need of a change in routine or thinking about taking part in exercise for the first time, Fit Camp is for you!
What is the H24 Fit Challenge Fit Camp
A 4 week progressive program designed to help you not only physically advance your abilities, but more importantly, mentally expand your mind to greater achievements. Classes will start with low-impact, stabilization and basic exercise movements and progress to more advanced training including high-impact, agility, ployometrics, fast-paced aerobic activity. Most exercises can be modified for beginners.
Requirements to participate:
All participants MUST attend the fit camp orientation in order to complete a health evaluation, before the first fit camp class begins.
Orientation Sunday November 3rd between 9 am to 12 Noon
You MUST attend the first 2 days of Fit Camp in order to continue on.
FIRST Class starts Monday November 4th
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7.30 am and 6.30 pm
