The planned layout is on the proposed 330 feet IVC Road. The Proposed layout is next to Max – Worth Residency lay - out. It is very fast developing area and there are number of developed layouts in this area. There are very good roads to reach the layout. The layout is 10 kilometers away from Airport entrance.
Provision for the Basic Amenities in this Lay-out:
The layout will be formed with 60 ft wide main road & 40Ft and 30ft cross roads, underground water supplying lines, sewerage lines, overhead and underground electrical lines, overhead water tank, septic tank will be provide to the layout, Planting of trees on both sides of the roads, necessary CA area, park area will be provided to the layout. Booking and payment Details:
"Health city Bangalore” Provides site dimensions of 30X40, 30X50, 40X60, and 50X80. Payment will be made in four installments in between 30 months of time period. Booking of the plot will be accepted on 30% of down payment of total sale value. The remaining balance amount has to be paid in ‘3’ (three) installments as and when demanded depending upon the development of the layout. Time required for the completion of layout will be about 30(thirty) months. Allotment of plot will be confirmed on the first come first serve basis.
