Talent acquisition Understanding the requirement regarding manpower planning, preparing ad matter, placing ads in different websites, sourcing candidates, short listing the resumes, fixing interview schedule with incumbents, conducting preliminary interview.
Employee joining formalities Providing employee joining forms to new joinees, verification of original documents & references, maintaining the soft copy & hard copy database of all employees.

o Informing the Institute about new CAs joined / left
o Misc correspondence with the Institute
Identifying training needs, putting together a training calendar, organizing training sessions,
Monitoring the work schedule of Articles / Managers
Employee motivation Celebrating employee s birthday, anniversaries; sending out greetings, organizing events.
Performance appraisal Keeping track of the appraisals, handing over the appraisal forms to the staff and scheduling the appraisal meeting with the partners.
Processing & Issuing of Letters Offer letters, Appointment letters, Increment letter, Relieving letter, Resignation letter, Experience letter, Salary Certificate.
Attendance and Leave Administration - Maintaining attendance through biometric machine & physical attendance register and keeping track of leave records.
Coordinating the insurance cover for the employees, follow up with the agent, ensuring the premium is paid on time.
Maintenance of Employee Records
Employee exit formalities exit interview, full & final settlement, issue of certificates.
