As individuals, we bring to the table a rich combination of skills sets and experience. Our lead consultant, Mr. S Ashwin has over 20 years industry experience, of which 10 were spent at HSBC. He has executed software projects globally, in the US, Canada, South Africa, Middle East, Far-East apart from India and boasts of extensive domain expertise in the fields of Construction Industry Solutions, e-Government and Financial Services. He was formerly associated with M/s Shesha Associates, a well-known management consultancy established by his father, Late Mr. V S Shankar, a former General Manager of Hindustan Unilever India and an IIM-Ahmedabad gold medallist (first batch). Shesha Associates worked exclusively on unadvertised positions for several leading multi-national and Indian groups, including Citibank, ANZ Standard Chartered, Hindustan Unilever, Glaxo SmithKline and Essar, to name a few.
Vijay is a postgraduate with dual specialization in Human Resource and Information Technology. He has 6 years of experience in Technical consulting, Screening and recruitment for middle and senior level IT professionals.
Neha Sanghi is a postgraduate with specialisation in Human Resource Management. She has 7 years of experience in resource management and recruitment primarily for middle and senior level IT and Telecom professionals with her former employer M/s Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd.
A Rai is an MBA in Marketing and boasts of over 5 years experience in the recruitment industry providing solutions across levels. His core competencies include assessments, campus recruitments, organising job fairs, event management (HR related) and advertising in the print and online media.
