Praveen basically come from a business background, having experience of over 16 Years of experience in FMCG , Print & Online Advertising and recruitment in India & London, with Associated Newspapers & UK’s leading job portal Totaljobs.com.
Praveen had come to India on a holiday in 2012 and discussed the idea of offering Fixed low cost recruitment solutions with his first cousin Shashank who has been working in the Talent Acquisition industry for more than 8 years and has also worked in the Talent Acquisition process of many companies and at that time was a Location Campus Manager in an Indian multinational information technology (IT), consulting and outsourcing service company, who without any hesitation was very eager and wanted to be a part of Multi Recruit. Everything was perfect, Praveen always wanted to be in sales & shashank backed with his experience, it was decided that he would look after operations. Thus capitalizing on a decade's experience with some of the leading firms in the recruitment sector and having a background in online recruitment solutions in India and London, both hope that Multi Recruit will be the reason for companies to adapt to the new age solutions that Multi Recruit has to offer.
WHAT WE DON'T DO?
We don't charge based on salary level (*except SUPERB Plan) or have any hidden costs. It's one low fixed fee whether it's a fresher role or senior management role.
We don't charge per hire, we charge per campaign. So you can recruit as many people from the campaign for one flat fee.
We don't sell you services you don't need. There are 5 plans : Starter, Lite, Premium, Premium + and Superb : you choose.
