Effective management & engagement of employees
Have thorough understanding of key functions and identify area of improvement
Evaluate trainees and assign them buddies during their initial days on the floor
Co-ordinate with Trainer and share feedback on the trainees to ensure training effectiveness
Bring employee/operational issues to HR for immediate action.
Address employee grievances with employees in consultation with HR and take prompt remedial action
Protect confidential and proprietary data/information and ensure adequate security measures are in place by way of administrative and/or technical changes.
Assist help employees with their work and suggest improvements/training required.
Delegate employees to execute the work
Identify area where improvements are required such as employee or company efficiency
Manage employee s work assignment, change if required
Consistently monitor employee absenteeism and leave patterns that are bound to affect their client delivery.Escalate any red flags to HR to control possible attrition,low performance and delivery
Continuously evaluate employee s attitude, behavior and performance & share suggestions to the management in order to take corrective /improvement measures.
Identify the processes and procedures that can increase efficiency, effectiveness and ensure overall operational efficiency .
Reduce the errors/mistakes via Quality Control, by implementing QC system
Analyze queries /requests/concerns from employees and act appropriately . Involve HR if required
Receive feedback form from each client and discuss with both Management and employees, perform administrative/technical changes to improve customer satisfaction
Conduct weekly meeting / 1-on-1s with employees and understand their concerns
Conduct Weekly Review meetings with employees in night shift (RPO, QB ,Sales ,Web research, Marketing and US HR teams) ,complete and submit PKI ,RPO Review forms , share/consult with HR if required
Coach , Mentor and supervise employees by continuous and periodical measurement through set-metrics that will ensure employees deliver high performance and productivity that are in line with process and organizational expectations and ensure high Client Satisfaction
Ensure prompt release of employee benefit programs that results in employee satisfaction and minimize attrition.
Coordinate with HR team (day or night shift) for any employee related disciplinary action, policy violation etc,
Manage and make recommendations to management official procedures/processes
Plan and conduct random security audit with System Administrators and management to analyze any security threat
At least 7-10 years of IT/ITES industry experience required
Hands on experience administrative skills, ability to manage employees
Experience in business domains such as Accounting, HR and RPO services
Good knowledge of key functions of Accounting, HR and RPO services
Experience in understanding organization of workstations/servers or IT infrastructure
Ability to understand day-to-day functions and seek improvements.
Excellent working knowledge with most software used in day-to-day functions such as Microsoft office, Windows etc,
Honest, loyal and maintain at most standard in business ethics
Ability to differentiate between personal vs. business and work towards business interest, which may contradict to personal interests
Maintain professional image of the company and self
Motivate employees to be part of ethical
Familiar with Corporate network is a must
Good understanding of present data security threats (both insider and outsider)
Through understanding of computer software, infrastructure, network etc,.
