Personal Secretary/Executive

Female good looking and having good communication with Knowledge of Hospitality industry and sales is an added advantage.

Coordinate the schedule, appointments, and reservation & travel arrangements

Organizing meeting, distributing agendas, taking minutes at various management meetings and sending them to the relevant attendees along with follow-ups.

Management of reports- Weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
To manage calendar and appointments.
Check email for sales query, consult with superior and send reply
Prepare Monthly sales report, MOM and MIS report.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and information, manage business relations
Project co-ordination of upcoming five star eco friendly resorts

Exp: fresher or with experience 2 to 5yrs

Work location: Malleshwaram, Bangalore day shift (General)

Accommodation: will be provided for outstation candidates

Other facilities: PF,Leaves,Bonus,HRA, Conveyance, TA,Mediclaim,

Skills: good computer and presentation skills must, should be, flexible, Strong interpersonal and corporate customer management skills, excellent in verbal & writing skills, background from airhost or hospitality (Any reputed STAR Resorts & hotels) industry preferred.
