My name is Karthik and i have recently started offering personal training in Bangalore South. My philosophy of a good work out includes mixing up different workouts to keep it a learning experience every day, eating clean, and understanding one's own body the way it is.
Some of the workout i'll be offering will be bodyweight intensity training (with very low weights or no weights), Yoga based workout, Martial arts based programs. My whole focus would not be to teach you martial arts or yoga, but to incorporate elements of these great arts in simple workouts and make it fun. I'll also offer some counselling with regards to eating and nutrition.
We can start on a trial basis, and you can decide if you would like to work with me on a continued basis. Hope to hear back from some fitness conscious bangaloreans.
