Preparing,Letters,Confirmations,Contracts etc mailing and communications, providing back support to Admin & HR.
Follow up with Recruiting Agencies for confirming the availability of candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Sending Feedbacks, Managing of emails and correspondences. Communicating with Agencies. Record Keeping and Resume filing.
Assisting Admin & HR regards various data's and information's.
