The role will support the development and execution of Talent Acquisition Strategies.
Drawing up short to long term Recruitment Strategies for the India Operations as per their Business Plans / Growth.
Responsible for implementation of proactive and systematic workforce planning for attrition as well as ramp ups.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE
Work closely with the Head TA and recommend sourcing strategies with focus on leveraging all available mediums in order to
ensure a optimum hiring quality within TAT and Cost Targets
Lead branding efforts through representations in the Industry forums / seminars to build the brand awareness,
Carry out recruitment of strategic hires.
