Provide on call support as defined by customer business requirements related to the application(s) in US Time Zone
Take care of the incoming incidents, escalate when required and execute changes in the hardware infra-structure.
Support installation, deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of changes to software applications including planned/unplanned upgrades and patches
Support Test Environment on Unix/Linux Hardware infrastructure
Liaison with the development team for issues identified and manage the support ticket systems
Technical skills such as MySQL, basic scripting etc.
Support management team to set priorities, and ensure timely delivery
Give support in solving difficult 3rd line incidents related to the development and test environment
Strong partner in discussions with the architects and other stakeholders within the internal customer departments
