Job Description For Inside Sales Profile is as follows:--
Responsible for implementing an aggressive sales plan and ensuring sales quotas are met and exceeded while surpassing service expectations
Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing Training solutions / services and programs
Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market;
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
Providing support to customers, often on a helpline, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible;
Setting and enabling business meetings within the defined geographic territory.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects via email and telephone
Provide account management to an existing territory
Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
Acquisition of new customers in an untapped geography.
Business Cycling & Recycling End to end sales process

Sales Pipeline quarter over quarter, year over year growth.
Data mining /warehousing support and successful sales closure of new Clients
Ability to manage a revenue pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
A self-motivated, highly driven work ethic
Proven success, prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with other decision makers.
Ability to craft solution with appropriate products and partners to meet business goals based on client.
Demonstrable experience in sales planning meeting and exceeding sales goals.
A passion for customer service and building strong client relationships .
Should be good enough in Dealing with International Customers like Europe , APAC etc
Should have excellent Communicational Skills and having Knowledge in Corporate sales is more Preferable.
