Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO),Not more than 65 Years, 60,000/- per month
Qualification & Experience: Graduation with CAIIB. Experience - The applicant must have worked as DGM for 3 years or as GM for 2 years preferably in the area of customer grievance redressal/ customer relationship management/ KYC / any other customer related departments in a scheduled commercial bank.
Application Fee: 500/- for application including intimation charges of 50/-. The fee can be paid only through NEFT mode.
Selection Process: The selection of the CCSO will be done by subjecting the shortlisted candidates through interview by a committee formed for the purpose.
