Job Title / Designation: Sr. Project Co-ordinator
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
The incumbent has the responsibility of executing a project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline.
Should have excellent management skills to coordinate with the team and also with the clients and Freelancers.
Should have ability to handle client queries
Preparing questionnaire and guidelines as per clients requirements
Preparing final presentation to be presented to clients
Train and guide shoppers to perform the audits as per client requirements
Follow up with shoppers to ensure reports are submitted within due date
Makes sure that the assignment timelines are strictly followed
Specific Skill Set:
Strong communicator with ability to articulate ideas, both written and verbal
Basic strategic and tactical marketing skills
Ability to think creatively
Ability to work independently and with minimal structure
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Access, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
People management skill
Candidate having experience of Market Research Industry is preferable
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 7 years
Annual CTC: 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA
Location(s) of Job: BTM Layout, Bangalore
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduation (MBA is preferable)
No of rounds of Interviews: 5 (Telephonic, HR, Written Test, Managerial round and final round with Business Head)
Work Timings: Monday Friday (10 am 6:30 pm)
